Licensing and Terms of Use

All material including graphics, text files, documentation, executable programs, and source code included with the Dragon Bane II Adventure Construction Kit ("DB2ACK") are the exclusive property of MythoLogical Software.

None of the material may be re-distributed or used for any purpose except to build adventures for use with the Dragon Bane II engine, except by explicit written permission of MythoLogical Software. By using any piece of material included with the DB2ACK, the user agree to the following terms:

• Use of material.
  All material included with the DB2ACK may only be used to create new adventures running on the Dragon Bane II engine. None of the materials may be re-distributed in any medium other than inside a working Dragon Bane II adventure, wall, and tile pdb files as described in this documentation.
• Re-sale rights.
  Any adventure created using the DB2ACK will be the exclusive property of the author and all terms governing sales and distribution of author's adventures shall be determined exclusively by the author except for the following condition:
  • If author chooses to allow his or her software to be sold through retail channels (in boxed or physical form), all rights to determine the terms and channels of retail distribution are granted exclusively to MythoLogical Software. MythoLogical Software may choose to bundle author's adventure with it's own products or release it as a stand alone product. In either case, so long as the terms are agreeable to the author, MythoLogical Software will own the rights to all retail distribution channels of the author's adventure.
